About us SEEN Connects is a leading influencer marketing agency established in 2016 and driven by a purpose to create cultural relevance and meaningful impact for our clients, through the power of human connection. The primary services we offer are brand and social strategy, organic influencer campaigns, influencer-led paid social and social media management. We are part of Captivate Group and within this we have three sister agencies; Seen Presents, Seen Studios and Stir. About the role We are looking for freelance mid-weight graphic designers to support us during busy times. The primary role will be designing engaging, platform-native assets for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other priority platforms. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on the creation of case studies, pitch decks, and visual materials for business development. You would be briefed by our in-house mid-weight designer and provided with clear brand guidelines as well as examples of existing best in class decks, and we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the process. Key Responsibilities We are looking for freelance graphic designers to support us during busy times. What We’re Looking For Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Express, Illustrator, After Effects) and Google Slides. Experience with motion graphics and video editing for social media. Experience designing clear and visually impactful decks. Experience creating dynamic product ads, video creatives, carousel ads, and display advertisements under guidance. Detail-oriented with strong quality control processes. Canva & Figma experience as a nice to have. Knowledge of social and influencer marketing is a bonus but not mandatory. The Interview Process 1.
