Vochlea Music is looking for a **freelance designer** with an excellent eye, to work across different media and bring our design vision to life.

You’ll be working closely with the Design Lead to produce high quality designs and assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer, recent graduate or graduate-to-be, who is willing to learn in a fast paced environment but needs flexibility with their schedule.

**Who we're looking for**:
A recent graduate or junior designer with an excellent eye for design and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Digital design and assets_ - We’ve built up a great following on various social platforms, but we’d like to give more coherence to our visual identity across various platforms and media.
- Website UI_ - As we launch new products and services and expand our reach, we’ll need new visual assets, promotional material, and graphical elements to be designed for our website.
- Retail and event artwork_ - We often participate in in-person events and also retail our products in physical stores, which means a variety of digital and some printed assets from banners to business cards.

**Your skills**:

- Essential: _
- Experience in Figma
- Excellent visual eye
- Skilled as visual composition and arrangement (colour, typography, imagery etc)
- Graphical skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Great attention to detail and ability to translate our design language into each project
- Nice to have: _
- Experience in producing brand and marketing assets
- Interest in music production or music technology
- Experience in video editing

**The details**:

- Time commitment: _ Part time 1 to 2 days a week with flexible hours
- Contract basis: _ Freelance - initial commitment 2 months with a hope to extend.
- Location: _ Flexible - remote or in person (office in Bermondsey, London)

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £100.00-£160.00 per day
