Salary: We're keen to build our network of freelancers so are open to various levels of experience to suit the different projects that we will need support on.

The primary services we offer are brand and social strategy, organic influencer campaigns, influencer-led paid social and social media management.

We are part of Captivate Group and within this we have three sister agencies; Seen Presents, Seen Studios and Stir.

About the role

We are looking for freelance mid-weight graphic designers to support us during busy times. The primary role will be designing engaging, platform-native assets for social media campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other priority platforms. Alongside this, you'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on the creation of case studies, pitch decks, and visual materials for business development.

You would be briefed by our in-house mid-weight designer and provided with clear brand guidelines as well as examples of existing best in class decks, and we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Alongside this, you'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on the creation of case studies, pitch decks, and visual materials for business development.

You would be briefed by our in-house mid-weight designer and provided with clear brand guidelines as well as examples of existing best in class decks, and we will be on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Express, Illustrator, After Effects) and Google Slides.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing for social media.
• Experience designing clear and visually impactful decks.
• Experience creating dynamic product ads, video creatives, carousel ads, and display advertisements under guidance.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control processes.
• Canva & Figma experience as a nice to have.
• Knowledge of social and influencer marketing is a bonus but not mandatory.

The Interview Process:

1. If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to join a 30 minute virtual call for us to get to know you better and for us to tell you more about the role and agency, and answer any initial questions. 

2. If we think you'd be a great fit, we will then invite you to do a task relevant to the role you've applied for, which we wouldn't expect to take more than one hour. 

A final decision will be made following this.

Core Hours of 10:00 - 17:00 with the flexibility to start anytime between 08:00 - 10:00 and finish between 17:00 - 19:00.
