Role Description:

This role for a Graphic Visual Designer UI/UX is fully remote. The role involves supporting the design and creation of user-centric visual and graphic content for digital interfaces, which may include tasks such as crafting designs for web and mobile applications. The selected candidate will contribute to branding projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help develop innovative approaches to user experiences aligned with Infinetix's cutting-edge technologies. The role provides hands-on experience in a tech-driven environment, offering the opportunity to grow and refine design expertise.

You'll be responsible for crafting strong visual identities and user interface experiences—both for web and mobile—translating ambiguous briefs into polished deliverables that support our brand and product growth in AI & gaming spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design logos, brand identities and full style-guides (colour palettes, typography, iconography, UI components)
• Produce marketing materials for both print and digital (brochures, posters, signage; landing pages, banners, social content)
• Conduct user research, market research and competitor analysis; prepare detailed reports and insights
• Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, dev) and iterate on design concepts
• Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive, visually-engaging interfaces in line with our brand ethos
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a good sense of aesthetics and creativity
• Knowledge of Branding principles and the ability to develop consistent and impactful brand identities
• Proficiency in Graphics and Web Design, with an understanding of creating engaging and user-friendly designs
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent design software
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design practices
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
• Passion for emerging technologies and an interest in innovation, such as AI, IoT, and Web 3.0, is a plus
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, dev) to shape ideas and iterate concepts

Qualifications / Preferred experience:

• Strong visual & graphic design skills, creative aesthetic sensibility
• Experience in branding, style-guides, identity work
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or equivalent)
• Good understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals and user-centred design practices
• Able to work remotely or hybrid, with strong collaboration skills
• Bonus: experience in iGaming, gaming, entertainment or product-driven tech companies (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Availability: UK-based or able to operate in UK time zones, remote/hybrid flexible
• Proven UI/UX and brand-design portfolio
• Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into structured deliverables
• Bonus: experience in iGaming / gaming / entertainment industry (but not mandatory)
• Contract details:
  6-month freelance/contract role, based in the UK (remote/hybrid flexible), with a strong possibility of conversion to full-time payroll based on performance.
