You’ll initially shadow the editor and editorial director, gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow. We’re looking for a confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone, walking into boardrooms, and building relationships with senior business leaders. You’ll be supported with one‑to‑one training and mentoring to help you thrive. An NCTJ qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential; above all, we’re looking for enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
