Associate Recruiter is a key member of the Early Careers Team, responsible for the operational delivery of LSEG’s early talent initiatives, leading the full lifecycle from school leavers through to internships. This role sits across attraction, acquisition, and development, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for talent on our early engagement programmes. What You’ll be doing Design and deliver early engagement programmes including discovery days, work experience, apprenticeships and internships. Lead the full lifecycle of recruitment activities for apprentice and intern programmes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates that reflect LSEG’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Collaborate with the Employer Brand to complete the attraction strategy into early engagement programmes. Plan, coordinate, and attend school, university and virtual events while leading postings on job boards and social media platforms. Develop and implement creative strategies to attract diverse, high‑potential candidates. Collaborate with the Early Careers lead to define assessment criteria, are responsible for screening processes, and lead final‑stage selection for apprenticeships and internships. Act as a key contact to apprentices and interns on programme, ensuring programme is delivered and joiner satisfaction. Lead team members, and internal business through programme evaluations, comfortable using data insights to drive informed recommendations and enhancements What You’ll bring Knowledge of the early career's recruitment market and experience leading campaigns across a location or region. Or Some experience in early careers talent development, designing and embed programmes into organisations. Comfortable storytelling using recruitment data and AI tools. Demonstrate a willingness to deal with recruitment processes, including achieving campaign targets and leading acceptance rates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse groups internally and externally.
