You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?You join Macquarie’s Early Careers Team in EMEA as an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Partner. In this role, you partner with business stakeholders and People and Culture Partners across our Macquarie Asset Management and Commodities and Global Markets business groups to further evolve their junior talent attraction strategy in EMEA. You are responsible for early careers acquisition, engagement, programme management, and diversity initiatives across your business coverage areas. You manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, organise and present at campus and industry events, contribute to attraction and marketing strategy planning, and design and facilitate early talent development programmes.
