Job Overview Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a well‑organised, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our 16+ Supported Accommodation Staying Close Multi‑Disciplinary Team (MDT) as a Business Support Administrator. This is a fixed‑term, 12‑month hybrid role requiring attendance at the office in Ollerton every Monday as a minimum. Salary: £25,583–£26,403 per annum (pro‑rata). Working hours: 18.5 hours per week on a part‑time basis. Job Details Type of vacancy: Fixed Term Duration: 12 months Work pattern: Hybrid (office in Ollerton every Monday) Hours per week: 18.5 Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Supported Accommodation MDT. Monitor emails and triage work to appropriate colleagues. Respond to general referral emails. Update and maintain the referral spreadsheet. Take minutes at team meetings and other meetings as required. Essential Requirements Proven administrative experience and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent time‑management, organisational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint. A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
