Business Support Administrator Location: Gedling Family Hub Network (including Netherfield Family Hub, Calverton Family Hub, Arnbrook Family Hub, Killisick Family Hub) Salary: £24,413 – £25,185 per annum (pro rata) Type of Vacancy: Permanent, Part‑time Hours per week: 30.5 Work Base: Gedling Family Hub Network Working Arrangements: Office Based Competency Framework: Tier 7a Number of posts: 1 Interview date: Wednesday 21st January 2025 Closing date: 04 January 2026 23:55 Responsibilities Be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands Possess problem‑solving skills Demonstrate good communication skills Work well as part of a team Additional duties include using a range of IT software such as MS Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; training will be provided on specialist systems used within the service. The role requires accurate data input and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. It is an office‑based role that requires welcoming families with children and young people into the building. Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes driving), as travel between sites is needed. Work pattern: Monday – Thursday, 08:30 am‑4:30 pm (four days) and one day 08:30 am‑5:00 pm.
