Clinical Administrator Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is a partnership between Turning Point, Framework and Double Impact. The partnership combines Turning Point's national experience in substance use treatment, Double Impact's lived‑experience expertise, and Framework's support for service users with complex issues. From April 2024, the partnership will deliver integrated and highly localised substance‑use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire. Job Introduction Our "Recovery First" model underpins everything at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, with lived‑experience recovery fully integrated and visible throughout. Residents will benefit from a highly integrated, localised approach that supports multiple issues across all parts of Lincolnshire. Role Responsibility You will support the management and operations team by maintaining accurate records and helping to continually improve performance. The role will involve raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by prescribers, generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information on client records, posting prescriptions to pharmacies, completing clinic letters, inputting new client information into the database, monthly data uploads, generating and processing invoices, health & safety checks, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash. Ideal Candidate We seek a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users, and provide high-quality administrative support. You should be customer focused, maintain confidentiality, gather management information, meet deadlines under pressure, organise efficiently, and be a supportive team player. Attention to detail, superb organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets, are essential. We value individual creativity and initiative; you will be involved in identifying opportunities to improve service quality and user experience, and you will receive extensive training to develop your skills.
