Responsibilities You’ll support the management and operations team by maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety and training, this rewarding role will also involve raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by the prescribers, generating prescription batch runs, logging prescribing information on client prescribing records, posting prescriptions to pharmacies, completing clinic letters, data input of new client information into client database, monthly data uploads, generating and processing invoices, health & safety checks, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, ordering supplies and petty cash. Qualifications We’re looking for a confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high‑quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets. We value individual creativity and initiative and, whatever your role, you will be fully involved in identifying opportunities to improve the quality of our services and the service user experience. Your ideas will be listened to and your suggestions implemented wherever possible. You will be supported in your role by extensive training to help develop your skills.
