Clinical Nurse Specialist – Urology Location: The Harborne Hospital, Birmingham Salary: Competitive + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday–Friday About The Role The Harborne Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist – Urology to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a key role supporting both surgical and oncology pathways for urology patients, ensuring seamless, compassionate care across the service. Key Responsibilities Support consultant-led clinics and the oncology day unit Provide post‑operative advice and ongoing care Deliver nurse‑led wound and catheter clinics Train patients in self‑catheterisation techniques Collaborate with ward staff and the wider CNS team to deliver holistic care Contribute to the development and coordination of a holistic therapies service What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience in urology surgical care Desirable: Oncology nursing experience Familiarity with bladder scanners and flow rate monitoring A patient‑focused approach and strong clinical judgment Why HCA UK?
