As a Urology Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:Act as the scrub practitioner for various urological procedures, maintaining strict aseptic techniques.Work confidently with robotic-assisted surgeries, especially using the da Vinci system.Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment with optimally prepared instruments.Anticipate and support the surgical team's needs during complex procedures.Stay updated on the latest urological surgical techniques and innovations.Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the wider team.Contribute to a positive and patient-focused theatre culture.
