Workfast is seeking a Contracts Administrator for our client based in Welshpool, WA. Based in Welshpool, this office‑based role will support commercial operations, ensuring best‑practice administration across contracts, tenders, procurement, documentation and claims. The successful candidate will lead a small team, provide commercial oversight and work closely with senior project stakeholders across major civil and pavement works. What You Get $120,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary Monday to Friday, full-time office‑based position Lead commercial processes and support strategic project compliance Join a respected and growing civil engineering company Work alongside senior leadership and project delivery teams Long‑term career pathway and future progression opportunities What You Need Australian Driver's License & Own Car Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, ideally in civil, infrastructure, or construction Strong working knowledge of contracts, tenders, procurement and commercial compliance Ability to manage claims, variations, subcontractor agreements and documentation Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capability Competent with project and commercial systems Ability to lead a small team and contribute to commercial decisions Relevant qualifications in Business, Construction, Law, Engineering, or similar (advantageous) What You'll Be Doing Managing contracts end‑to‑end, including compliance, claims, variations and subcontract agreements Preparing, reviewing and submitting tenders, proposals and project documentation Ensuring commercial accuracy across procurement, cost control, invoicing and reporting Overseeing claims and working closely with commercial and project stakeholders Leading and supporting a small commercial/administration team Identifying contractual risk and providing commercial recommendations Working closely with project managers, estimators and engineering teams to ensure compliance About Us Workfast is a labour‑hire company working with some of Australia’s largest companies.
