We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised individual to join our busy office as a **Construction Team Administrator**. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our projects by providing comprehensive administrative support to both our site-based and office-based construction teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide assistance to the construction team to facilitate the smooth execution of projects.
- **Contract Management Assistance**: Aid in document preparation, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- **Compliance Support**: Assist the compliance team with internal policies and industry standards by managing necessary documentation and checks.
- **Customer Service**: Manage incoming calls, deliver outstanding customer service, and redirect enquiries as appropriate.
- **Staff Inductions**: Conduct inductions for new staff, ensuring they are fully briefed on company policies and project specifics.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organised records and files, both digitally and in hard copy.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and communication.
**Qualifications and Experience**
