Build to Rent Leasing Administrator Join The Construction Index Ltd as a Leasing Administrator for a brand‑new luxury residential Build‑to‑Rent development in Birmingham, comprising 667 apartments. The role involves supporting the renewals and tenancy management team to deliver a high‑quality service for clients and tenants. Salary: £27,000.00 – £30,000.00 per annum + Discretionary Bonus Type: Full Time Location: Birmingham, West Midlands, UK Posted: 21/11/2025 Reference: BBBH11388_1763743070 Responsibilities Provide high level of customer service to residents at all times Review and accept offers submitted for new lets including right to rent checks Complete new tenancy progression process including referencing and drafting tenancy agreements Process tenancy renewal paperwork Conduct check‑in, check‑out and midterm property inspections where required Compile inventory reports and send resident welcome packs Ensure lettings legal compliances are met and procedures followed Liaise with the Resident Experience / leasing team to ensure flats are ready for move‑ins Maintain records on the property management database Compile reports for portfolio analysis, monitoring and reporting Deal with enquiries from tenants, utility providers, local authorities, etc Maintain electronic files for each property in accordance with procedures Liaise with the property accounts team over any property queries where necessary Update utility providers and local authorities of tenancy changes Collate data and compile client reports Undertake specific projects as requested by line manager Complete general administrative roles as and when required Skills and Experience Required Previous property administration experience Good organisational skills Good verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail Excellent time management Ability to multitask and work accurately and effectively under pressure Must understand the principles and practice of customer care Ability to work in a team and understand team dynamics Computer literate in Microsoft Office with a high level of competence on Excel ARLA qualification would be preferable Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota with a day off in lieu.
