Greater London, United Kingdom Hightouch Full time

About Hightouch Hightouch is the modern AI platform for marketing and growth teams. Our AI agents reimagine marketing workflows, allowing marketers to create content, plan campaigns, and execute strategies with transformational velocity and performance. Hightouch is a rare company built on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks. Building on these tailwinds, we’ve become a leader in AI marketing and partner with industry leaders like Domino’s, Chime, Spotify, Ramp, Whoop, Grammarly, and over 1000 others. Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with first-principles thinking, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals. The Role As our Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you’ll own and execute our regional marketing strategy across key European markets as we continue to scale our investment and team. You’ll partner closely with sales, demand generation, and operations teams to deliver high-impact field programs that build pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen our brand presence across the region. What you’ll do Develop and execute regional field marketing plans and event strategies aligned to annual and quarterly revenue goals. Plan and deliver a mix of small-scale executive events and large industry activations across Europe in partnership with Sales and Global Marketing. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to launch joint programs that drive partner engagement and co-sell opportunities. Enable Sales and SDR teams to maximize impact around key events—ensuring consistent messaging, coordinated outreach, and strong follow-up. Work cross-functionally with Demand Generation and RevOps to optimize event promotion, lead flow, and reporting. Track and analyze event performance to continuously improve pipeline contribution and ROI. What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience in field marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, SDRs, and Partner teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. A creative, strategic thinker who knows how to design memorable event experiences that stand out. Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Fluent English communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; additional European languages a plus. Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt messaging and programs across diverse EMEA markets. Willingness to travel regionally for events and partner engagements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
