This is a new position for our EMEA region, responsible for planning and executing high‑impact marketing programs in the EMEA region. Your primary objectives will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty. As a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environments, you'll collaborate with local sales and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with DroneDeploy revenue goals. This role involves both strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring high‑level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.SchedulePrimarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM BST, with some flexibility required due to the dynamic nature of the role (events, travel).Hybrid FlexibilityYou’ll collaborate in‑office with our local team, attend marketing events, and enjoy the option to work from home. The expectation is 3 days per week in‑office when not traveling.TravelAble to travel domestically and/or internationally (about 30% of the time, typically 1–4 trade shows or DroneDeploy‑hosted events per quarter).ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the EMEA marketing plan to drive brand awareness and achieve regional pipeline and revenue goals.Build a strong partnership with the EMEA sales and BDR teams to drive pipeline growth within our ICP.Implement localised and integrated marketing programs aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets, utilizing channels such as social, digital, website, events, PR & media, and other partnerships.Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns for key accounts, including 1:1 and 1:few strategies with localized content and customer advocacy programs to drive pipeline acceleration.Take responsibility for regional events, from concept and audience targeting to execution, including but not limited to webinars, tradeshows, regional sales events / roadshows, executive round tables, and DroneDeploy’s participation at third‑party sponsored events.Track and analyse marketing performance metrics for the region, such as MQLs, qualified pipeline, and revenue, delivering data‑driven recommendations for budget optimisation, ROI improvement, and future campaign planning.Collaborate with central marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Content & Community, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations.Work closely with local media, partners, journalists, and associations to drive awareness of the DroneDeploy brand.Requirements5+ years of B2B marketing experience gained at SaaS or Enterprise software company.Broad set of marketing skills across areas including demand gen, digital, social, events, and campaigns.Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Webflow.Passion for construction, energy, AI, & robotics a plus.Strong presentation & communication skills with stakeholders of different seniority levels.Data‑driven and ROI‑focused.Curious and open to exploring and using new technologies, like AI, to enhance productivity.Employee Offerings & BenefitsCulture of Innovation & Collaboration – Thrive in an environment that values creativity and teamwork.Drone Certification – Get certified and gain unique, hands‑on skills with our full backing.Flexible Work Arrangements – Enjoy autonomy with remote‑first options and schedule flexibility.Paid Family Leave – Take the time you need to support your family during life’s most important moments.Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage – Plans designed to support your well‑being.Career & Growth Development – Build new skills and unlock opportunities through continuous learning.Flexible PTO – Take time off when you need it to recharge—we trust you to manage your time well.Employee Referral Bonus – Know someone great?
