Responsibilities Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts. Requirements Experience in IT permanent recruitment, covering both new business development and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the IT talent market. Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts. Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
