Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within one of our divisions for a senior recruitment consultant to join our team.

Skilled Careers are looking for experienced senior recruitment consultants to join our established office in Birmingham.

You will get the opportunity to work with list of key clients working across the Construction, Engineering and Property sectors supplying staff on a contract or permanent basis. You will be able to specialise in a specific sector and not be a generalistrecruiter.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Resourcing and regenerating - via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
- Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
- Prepare & shortlist CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Provide Market Intelligence

Desired Skills
- Previous recruitment experience preferably in the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors
- A proven track record in recruitment
- Previous sales or business development experience
- Account and client management experience
