Debt Management Executive – 12 month FTC Join SmartestEnergy UK as a Debt Management Executive. You will play a vital role in maximising cash flow by proactively managing outstanding debt and unbilled accounts, protecting profits and supporting sustainable growth. Responsibilities • Daily management and tracking of debts, including key accounts and management agencies. • Regular customer contact and collaboration with third‑party collection agencies. • Support administrative processes such as tenancy and management agency changes. • Oversee legal recovery actions and create accurate, insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment. Proven debt management skills and experience. IT skills in MS Office – especially Excel and Outlook.
