Debt and COT Manager

This is a key opportunity to lead SmartestEnergy’s debt strategy and play a vital role in maximising cash flow, reducing exposure to bad debt, and maintaining exceptional service standards. As the manager of our Debt Management and COT teams, you’ll oversee everything from daily debt performance to accurate COT processing, ensuring compliance while strengthening customer relationships and protecting revenue. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external DCA and solicitor partners, you’ll drive improvements, resolve escalations, and innovate processes that enhance efficiency and financial outcomes.You’ll also provide critical insight to senior leadership, presenting performance updates, identifying operational savings, and shaping best-practice standards across teams.
