Programme Operations Coordinator Location: AMTC, CoventryContract: Full‑Time | PermanentDepartment: MTC Training – Apprenticeship Training About the Role: We’re looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our training programmes. You’ll oversee a personal caseload of learners, support their wellbeing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ESFA, Ofsted, Matrix). This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learners. What You’ll Do Coordinate and deliver all operational aspects of training programmes, including inductions and progress reviews Manage learner administration and data, ensuring compliance with ESFA and MTC processes Provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and behavioural management for learners Communicate regularly with employers and stakeholders on learner progress Support health and safety, enrichment activities, and logistics for learner inductions Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies across the learner community What We’re Looking For Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work independently IT literate (Microsoft 365) and ideally experienced with e‑portfolios (Smart Assessor) Passionate advocate for apprenticeships and training Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Essential Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) Desirable Experience working with learners in a management or leadership role Knowledge of Learner Management Systems (Pro Monitor, Pro Solution, Smart Assessor) About The MTC The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is an internationally renowned research and development organisation that bridges academia and manufacturing.
