We’re looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our training programmes. You’ll oversee a personal caseload of learners, support their wellbeing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ESFA, Ofsted, Matrix). Coordinate and deliver all operational aspects of training programmes, including inductions and progress reviews
Manage learner administration and data, ensuring compliance with ESFA and MTC processes
Provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and behavioural management for learners
Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies across the learner community
IT literate (Microsoft 365) and ideally experienced with e-portfolios (Smart Assessor)
Passionate advocate for apprenticeships and training
Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)

Experience working with learners in a management or leadership role
Knowledge of Learner Management Systems (Pro Monitor, Pro Solution, Smart Assessor)
