Internal Sales Executive - Derby Monday – Friday (08:45am - 5:15pm) Salary: £25,000 basic salary + Bonus OTE - £31K+ (Uncapped Commission Structure) What You’ll Be Doing Following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads (Warm Leads with rare cold leads) Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions Building and nurturing relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM Hitting (and exceeding) monthly targets and KPIs Collaborating with account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding What We’re Looking For Proven experience in internal / telesales, customer service, or account management Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Comprehensive training and ongoing support Opportunities for growth and internal progression Fun, inclusive team culture TLP Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
