Director of Capital Development & Product Solutions, EMEA LONDON OR DUBAI LOCATION The Role The Director of Capital Development & Product Solutions, EMEA will be responsible for capital raising activity and investor relationship management in the EMEA region with a specific focus on the Middle East. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business plan with achievable milestones to raise capital from institutional investors and bank platforms in the EMEA region. Work closely with Legal & Fund Accounting teams to anticipate legal or compliance hurdles and ensure timely completion of investment processes. Maintain a prospective investor pipeline and monitor weekly progress in Backstop, logging client meeting notes. Participate in weekly team meetings, monthly management meetings and contribute to team culture by exchanging ideas and collaborating with the global team. Liaise with sell-side capital introduction teams and other service providers in EMEA to promote the Schonfeld brand. What You’ll Bring A strong team ethos, working in partnership with colleagues across the CD&IR team. Demonstrable experience and success in a capital raising role in the EMEA region; experience in the Middle East highly desirable. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with firm constituents including Legal, Operations, Fund Accounting, and the broader Capital Development team. Knowledge of EMEA marketing rules and the ability to transact with highest ethical standards. Results‑oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to execute a business plan. Self‑starter with exceptional planning skills, forward‑thinking mindset. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize client requests effectively. Client‑service orientation and professional presence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and technology to create efficiencies for the firm.
