Pricing and Flow Planning Administrator Location: Hammersmith, London Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours), Eligible for virtual working/flexible hours Reports To: Flow Planning Manager Role Purpose: The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the administration of pricing within Funko's ERP systems to ensure every item within Funko's vast portfolio is correctly priced across a multitude of trading customers and currencies. In addition to managing pricing, the role provides support within flow planning, including reporting and responding to ad-hoc requests. The role is very interactive with the EMEA Sales and Order Entry Teams, and works closely with other departments such as Product, Softlines, Planning, Marketing, and Credit Control. What You’ll Do: Upload new items to D365 as part of product launches. Work with EMEA (and APAC) Sales to define and maintain customer‑specific pricing within D365; ensure negotiated rates are approved by the VP of Sales. Amend existing pricing in response to strategy changes or customer negotiations. Create discount codes in D365 when required. Manage the pricing inbox, ensuring queries are resolved within established SLAs. Maintain clear records in multiple pricing master Excel documents. Prepare and review monthly SOX audit files with the manager, ensuring all procedures with SOX standards. Assist the Flow Planning team in managing and responding to incoming requests, ensuring timely communication and accurate information with stakeholders. Provide general support to the Flow Planning team, including reporting and ad-hoc tasks. Participate in product/brand knowledge training to stay current on new and existing product lines. What You’ll Bring: Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to maintain pace in a very fast‑moving, on‑the‑pulse business. High proficiency with Excel (spreadsheets, lookups, pivot tables, index matches, etc.); knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred. Strong attention to detail to avoid errors. Experience working with multiple currencies. Problem‑solving and commercial mindset. Funko is an equal‑opportunity employer.
