Purpose: Provide a comprehensive administrative service across the 24/7 All Age Trust Crisis Helpline, NHS 111 Mental Health Dial 2, and GM MHUT. In this role you will use Microsoft Office packages and NHS systems to deliver high‑quality administrative support, typing letters and reports, completing ad‑hoc requests, data collection and monitoring, extracting data from various systems, reporting, and supporting meetings by preparing agendas, minutes, and distributing papers. You will have excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast‑paced office environment. Note: This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions apply to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024. Provide an array of administrative support to the wider Emergency and Urgent Care teams, 24/7 All Ages Crisis Helpline Team, and NHS 111 Option 2 service, including: Typing letters and reports, ensuring data accuracy and updates as required. Photocopying, filing, organising and minuting meetings. Stationery stock control and ordering on Supplychian, Integra, etc. Supporting the management with NHS-system administration.
