The Team Administrator will be responsible for management of the CPA forward planner to ensure all CPA appointments are booked within the agreed timeframe.

The Team Administrator will have an overview of the patient pathway with responsibility for ensuring referrals, reviews and appointments are processed and conducted within the required timeframes

The post holder will ensure an efficient administrative service for the team including minute taking, and other general administrative duties.

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Team Administrator to work at Salford Older Adults Community Mental Health Team, to provide a full and comprehensive administrative support for the multi-disciplinary team within the Salford Directorate.

Salford Older Adults Community Mental Health Team is a busy multi-disciplinary Mental Health Team based in Swinton but covers Salford-wide.

The focus of the service is on ensuring that the needs of the service user come first.

Receiving and logging Referrals, and tracking from receipt to initial assessment.

Monitoring compliance with CPA, arranging CPAs within required timescales, typing and attaching of CPA documentation as required.

Minutes of meetings for the team, including weekly MDT's, morning Huddle and monthly Team Meeting.
