Data Administrator Apprentice Serco have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Administrator Apprentice to join the Restart team based in West Bromwich. In this role you will support the Serco Employment Skills and Enterprise Quality & Compliance Team to ensure the accurate transfer of data to and from DWP and Serco systems following compliance testing, whilst completing Serco's Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, confident in providing excellent telephone‑based customer service and will be able to input data at speed and with a high degree of accuracy. Responsibilities Processing of key referral, programme start and payment data via the PRaP system Transfer of data between Serco systems and PRaP while maintaining data integrity Identification, investigation and resolution of data processing errors, escalating to the Data Team Leader where necessary. Completion of quality and compliance testing on key programme milestones and evidence to support contractual and regulatory requirements.
