At a glance:🕑 Full-time starting December/January, with hybrid working (immediate opportunity)😎 Mid-level - minimum 2-3 years experience💰 Experienced-based salary between £30,000 - £35,000📍 London (minimum 3 office days/week)⭐ Five-stars on Glassdoor🌴 Generous 30 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays🏆 Leading benefits package & competitive salary🅱 Work for a Certified B Corporation™💹 Opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a purpose-driven, fast-paced, fast-growth company in the outdoor industry; lots of scope for your growthWhat is the job role?As Partnerships Manager for Action & Snow, your purpose is to grow SunGod’s reach and visibility within the Action and Snow playgrounds by building credibility, increasing visibility, and driving authentic adoption of SunGod products across global action, snow, and adventure communities.You will manage and activate partnerships activity within the Action & Snow categories, owning relationships with athletes, ambassadors, events, and brands - ensuring SunGod shows up as a leading, authentic mountain and action sports eyewear brand.You’ll apply the SunGod Partnerships Framework to the Action & Snow playground while collaborating closely with peers across Running, Bike, and Motorsport to share learnings and drive performance across the Partnerships team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the Action & Snow playgrounds: their structure, culture, trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.Define and maintain the Action & Snow customer profile, mapping key demographics, motivations, and behaviours.Share insights with internal teams to inform campaign, product, and partnership decisions across the business.Deliver (Action & Snow Partnerships Execution)Manage and evolve partnerships with elite and influential athletes, ensuring they deliver ongoing credibility, visibility, and brand-aligned content.
