Business Development Executive – Pladis Convenience Field Sales Team Location: SW London & surrounding areas Employment type: Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours Monday to Friday Pay: Salary up to £29,000 per annum (pro rata), plus 10% performance‑related bonus, company car & fuel card. Your role will be to increase visibility of key brands, drive sales by expanding distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory. You will regularly visit designated cash & carry locations, purchase stock and sell into retailers within your call file. Qualifications & Experience Experience working in a field‑based sales role within convenience, independents or impulse environments. Self‑motivated and thrive in a KPI‑driven environment. A people person confident in building relationships in store with key contacts and possessing strong communication skills. Previous experience in a customer‑centred role is advantageous. High levels of resilience and energy required. Manual handling/heavy lifting, and the ability to accept occasional overnights. A full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans) – all offers subject to successful DVLA licence check.
