About the Role As Head Housekeeper, you will lead the daily and weekly cleaning routines of the Housekeeping Team. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Carrying out cleaning schedules with your team, such as dusting, mopping, polishing and vacuuming. Overseeing your team’s work in all areas, including residents’ rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices. Building trust and promoting choice, dignity and independence for residents. You will be instrumental in ensuring the home is clean, welcoming and maintains high standards of hygiene and safety. About You Kind, caring and understanding.
