This is a full-time, permanentposition based at our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire.In return, you will receive a salary of £28,000 per annum with an OTE of £34,500. There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.DCB Legal Ltd is a specialist in the provision of legal services relating to Civil and Commercial litigation, debt recovery, property, and High Court Enforcement disputes. We are not a full legal service provider, instead, we focus on providing a contemporary low touch, bespoke legal service in our specialist field of debt recovery and litigation.Benefits you will receive:Salary £28,000 per annum (OTE £34,500)Salary increase to £31,000 per annum (with OTE increasing to £37,500) after 3 years continuous employmentMonday – Friday schedule (36.5 hours per week – no weekend or evening work)Early finish FridaysDress Down Fridays30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Employee Assistance ProgrammeNewly refurbished officesFree Mersey Gateway bridge passFree parkingFree tea and coffee facilitiesFree monthly lunchEmployer contributed pension (applicable after qualifying period)Full training providedCareer development and progression opportunitiesRapidly expanding multi-functional operationAbout the roleAs a Case Manager, you will manage civil litigation cases on behalf of our clients and to progress a caseload of claims through the Court Process in line with business and client parameters. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within an established team of dedicated legal professionals.Key Responsibilities of the Case Manager:Handle inbound correspondence on legal cases to ensure each one progressesReview and collate client and Court documentationDrafting and bundling witness statementsReview the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in the best interest of our clientsRisk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholderLiaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progressionAbility to always adhere to strict client confidentialityThe successful Case Manager will have:Experience in legal case managementThe ability to work autonomouslyThe confidence making decisions in line with the client expectations and best interestsThe ability to work in a methodical and organised mannerThe ability to pro-actively manage your time and caseloadA high attention to detailA willingness to learn and work to deadlinesThe ability to cope in a busy and fast paced working environmentPlease note:The Case Manager position is not a hybrid role, and the position is located at our Head Office in Runcorn.
