As a Business Analyst - AI Lab, you will play a central role in identifying, shaping, and delivering AI solutions that unlock value for our people and clients. You will help translate business needs into AI-enabled opportunities, working closely with developers, architects, data experts, and stakeholders from across the business. You'll make an impact by: Responsibilities Collaborating with service lines (e.g. Tax, Audit, Consulting) to identify and define AI and automation use cases aligned with firm strategy. Leading stakeholder engagement sessions to understand challenges, pain points, and transformation opportunities. Translating business requirements into clear technical user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Supporting the development of business cases for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk considerations. Managing and facilitating use case triage, prioritisation, and documentation within the AI Lab's pipeline. Coordinating with developers to ensure delivery is aligned with business needs and user expectations. Supporting testing, UAT, and benefits realisation tracking post-deployment. Documenting current and target state processes, supporting effective change management and communication. Qualifications Experience in technology-enabled business change projects, ideally involving AI, automation, or analytics. Strong analytical skills and the ability to articulate technical requirements in plain English. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and working with development teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions and disciplines. Desirable: experience in professional services, compliance-driven environments, or digital transformation programmes. Desirable: exposure to customer journey mapping, wireframing, or working with UX/UI teams. ML frameworks such as pytorch/tensorflow.
