You'd need to be open to some office visits in the Oxford area though. Salary £60K Basic + Benefits package Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead & mentor a small development team. You may have some experience already, or want to progress in your career to a more senior/lead type role. Proven experience in designing and building scalable, and maintainable applications using Java (Java 8+, with experience or a strong desire to work with Java 21) and Spring Boot. Understanding and hands‑on experience with a range of core AWS services. Software Development Best Practices: A strong commitment to writing clean, well‑tested, secure, and maintainable code. Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Desirable / you will get into Experience working with teams in building web applications using React and/or JavaScript on the client‑side. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker & IaC tools like AWS CloudFormation.
