Role Overview Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in South Shields. This is a full‑time position, offering flexibility with some off‑site work. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight and management of residential properties. Your duties will include coordinating maintenance, handling tenant enquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and overseeing property inspections. You will also liaise with contractors, produce reports, and play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance tasks Handle tenant communications and resolve issues promptly Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation and standards Manage property budgets and provide financial reporting Liaise with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders Prepare professional reports and maintain accurate records Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge of residential property management and regulations Minimum of 3 years experience in managed areas on new building developments Proven experience in tenant relations and customer service Proficiency in budgeting and financial management Excellent time management and organisational skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Familiarity with property management software (desirable) Why Join Us?
