We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our key client accounts.Your Role:As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of our most strategically important accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a senior, field-based role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on client engagement and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop 1 Platinum or 2 Gold accounts, responsible for ~67% of gross margin.Act as the primary point of ownership for client relationships, revenue, retention, and satisfaction.Immerse yourself in client businesses, spending 1-2 days per week on-site as required.Lead, mentor, and guide KAMs and RAMs, ensuring consistent performance and development.Deliver tailored account strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.Monitor account risks, retention challenges, and proactively implement solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure client success.Track and report on account performance, financials, and KPIs.What We're Looking For:Proven leadership experience in account management, ideally within automotive or a related sector.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage high-value client relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.Excellent analytical, strategic, and commercial skills with the ability to translate insight into action.Experience managing and developing teams to achieve high performance.Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structureCareer progression opportunities within a growing businessComprehensive benefits package including pension, hybrid working, and wellbeing supportState-of-the-art offices and supportive company cultureIf you are a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and experienced account leader looking to make a tangible impact with a market-leading business, apply today and join the GardX team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
