We are multi-disciplined, with extensive third‑party accreditation across all core services, including: BAFE SP205 – Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment BAFE SP203-1 – Design, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems BAFE SP203-4 – Design, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Emergency Lighting Systems BAFE SP101 – Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers NSI Gold – Fire NACOSS Gold – Electronic Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms) We are one of only two companies in the UK fire and security sector to hold this level of third‑party accreditation across both fire safety consultancy and system delivery. What We Offer £29,120–£32,240 FTE (DOE; pro‑rated for part‑time) Part‑time or full‑time options 24 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata for part‑time) 5% company pension Real opportunities to grow with the company as our operations expand Key Responsibilities Dealing with incoming enquiries by phone and email, ensuring clients receive prompt, helpful communication Assisting with live scheduling of engineers, including organising diaries, updating job sheets, and adjusting plans as priorities change Supporting third‑party accreditation audits (BAFE, NSI, NACOSS, NAPIT), including gathering evidence, maintaining logs, and keeping compliance records up to date Issuing quotes, purchase orders, and basic documentation where required Updating CRM and internal systems to ensure accurate job tracking and communication across departments Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of works Supporting operational reporting and maintaining clear administrative records Providing general office support to ensure efficiency What We’re Looking For A highly organised and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator — calm, friendly, and professional on the phone Someone who enjoys problem‑solving and staying one step ahead Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities Trustworthy, reliable, and able to manage their workload effectively Experience supporting operational teams, scheduling, or compliance is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude matters most If you’re looking for a role where your work genuinely matters and you can grow with a company that values quality, we’d love to hear from you.
