Crisis Recovery Worker – Blackpool Haven Location : 259 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9JL Working Hours 37 hours per week. The service operates 10am-10pm 7 days per week, 365 days of the year. The shifts can be 10am-6pm or 2-10pm. Some staff prefer to work 10-10 which can be accommodated. You will be required to work flexibly and to work weekends and late shifts (2-10). Right now, our Community Crisis service in Blackpool is looking for someone like you to support people in the community, concentrating on their personal goals and aspirations. This role is being recruited for on a rolling basis. What You’ll Do Duties will include: Liaising with clinical teams to discuss referrals and clinical presentation of service users, leading on risk management and safety planning for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis and introducing therapeutic tools and interventions to services users tailored to their particular needs. Entering accurate case notes onto our IT system. Regularly liaising with GP surgeries, the local council, charities etc. or promoting the service within the community.
