About the role We are looking for dynamic, motivated and innovative Band 5 Nurses with excellent communication skills to join Beech Ward. We require Staff Nurses with a passion for providing high quality, patient centred care for our elderly patients. You will be required to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team ensuring that the quality of care delivered is of the highest standard. These posts are for Beech Ward which is a 28 bedded stroke ward. Our vision for stroke patients to be cared for with compassion while supporting them with ADL. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about ensuring that the workforce you lead delivers the highest standards of care to all patients. The nursing team are committed to providing high quality, holistic care in a warm and friendly environment. We are highly passionate about our stroke patients, in supporting with their rehabilitation. The ward is built with diverse MDT who works collaboratively to render holistic care for our patients. Support and development The ward can offer you excellent support in your new post via the Matron, Ward Sister and the Practice Development Nurse.
