Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Assist with supplier evaluations and sourcing of new materials and vendors. Support resolution of supplier issues including late deliveries and quality concerns. Maintain and update purchasing documentation and supplier records. Work collaboratively with production, finance, and logistics teams to support smooth operations. Contribute to cost‑saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function. Qualifications Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and internal liaison. Experience working within a purchasing or supply chain environment (preferably manufacturing). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience using ERP/MRP systems is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
