Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules. Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Assist with supplier evaluations and the sourcing of new materials and vendors. Support the resolution of supplier issues including late deliveries and quality concerns. Maintain and update purchasing documentation and supplier records. Work collaboratively with production, finance, and logistics teams to support smooth operations. Contribute to cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
