Vehicle Rental Hire Administrator

Responsibilities Report to the Branch Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team. Deal with customer enquiries, allocate vehicles, coordinate vehicle collection, and deliveries. Ensure the local team achieves profit and targets set while running the branch operation in a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manner. Apply Day's core values, which guide all business interactions and uphold our high standards. Prior experience in the vehicle rental sector is desirable, though candidates with customer service or administrative skills will also be considered. Communicate excellently face‑to‑face, in writing, and over the telephone. Work independently and as part of a team, with the initiative to take responsibility. Be computer literate.
