Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.This role is in ourPlant & Fleet department,our Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs, offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?You'll be at the heart of rental operations, handling all rental requests with care through the Plant & Fleet Rental mailbox and ensuring smooth transactions using InspHire, Jaama Key2, and Oracle.When operational challenges arise, you'll step in to resolve issues between the rental desk, workshops, and satellite depots, keeping everything running efficiently.You'll act as a key link between Workshops, CSC, and Customers, ensuring calibrated items are exchanged seamlessly and stock levels are always maintained correctly.Managing asset disposal, you'll compile and submit applications alongside CSC, regularly reviewing stock levels and age profiles to make sure disposal invoices are processed smoothly.Keeping everything in check, you'll oversee weekly asset audits to maintain accurate records in InspHire and Key2, ensuring systems reflect the real-time status.What youll bringAdministrative or Customer Service experienceRelevant experience within either the Plant or Fleet Industry in a similar role is desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers.Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office.Good written and oral communication skillsBe a team player to achieve individual and business objectives.Experience of Insphire and/or Jaama Key2 desirableWhats in it for you?We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;Matched or contributory pension schemeOnline GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a yearEmployee assistance programmeMy Rewards portal, access to 1000s of retail discountsLife assuranceCycle to work, salary finance and give as you earn schemesEnhanced maternity, paternity leave and adoption leaveReward and recognition schemeIn addition, this role offers;Discretionary bonus scheme25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysRecommend a friend get rewarded for introducing people to usAbout usWe want to be an employer of choice and a great place to work, attracting diverse and talented people, who join us and make a difference.
