About the Role You'll be joining a small but ambitious team led by an inspiring and philanthropic business owner who is passionate about empowering local entrepreneurs.This is a hands鈥憃n, in鈥憃ffice role where you'll have the opportunity to work directly with a variety of local small businesses, helping them elevate their online presence and achieve measurable growth. We're looking for someone who can go beyond the basics - someone who doesn't just follow a checklist but can strategise, innovate, and execute campaigns that deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to drive visibility, rankings, and traffic growth. Manage high鈥憄erforming PPC campaigns, optimising for ROI across Google Ads and other platforms. Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, applying emerging tools and techniques to enhance client performance. Collaborate closely with business owners to translate technical insights into tangible results. Support existing clients with strong digital foundations and help onboard and accelerate growth for new clients. What We're Looking For Proven experience in technical SEO and PPC management (agency or in鈥慼ouse). Strong understanding of data analysis, keyword research, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation. Up鈥憈o鈥慸ate knowledge of SEO tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms. Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD) in digital marketing. Creative, strategic, and able to communicate ideas clearly to non鈥憈echnical clients.
