Overview You will work with people living in the Bromsgrove Area and surrounding villages, supporting them to remain in their own homes and maintain their independence. Your responsibilities include completing assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014, carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests Decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and collaborating on safeguarding enquiries with the WCC Safeguarding team in line with the Care Act 2014. You will work in partnership with health, housing, police and other community‑related organisations in the Bromsgrove Area to support those we serve. The team is diverse and experienced, comprising social workers and social care workers. We offer a supportive, friendly, learning‑oriented environment with weekly huddles, monthly reflective sessions and opportunities to develop specialist expertise such as Direct Payments or practice education.
