What you will do: Deliver high‑quality assessments, care planning, and direct work with adults within the neurodiversity spectrum. Develop effective working relationships with individuals, families, and carers to provide tailored support. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic service delivery. Maintain accurate and timely records in line with professional standards. Advocate and negotiate on behalf of individuals to access services and resources. Work within legislative frameworks to safeguard individuals and promote their well‑being. Requirements: Be registered with Social Work England. Hold a Degree or Equivalent qualification in Social Work. Have recent or current UK qualified experience working as a Social Worker, bringing valuable insights and solutions to the team.
