HRIS & Reporting Analyst – Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd We are looking for an HRIS & Reporting Analyst to join our People team, working four days a week from home and one day in our Milton Keynes Head office. Your role will support the HRIS & People Admin Manager by delivering accurate and comprehensive people data, ensuring systems comply with data protection regulations and internal security protocols, and staying up to date with HR processes and technology trends. Success in this role looks like: Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to deliver accurate, timely people data and ensure data integrity across all HR systems. Oversee day‑to‑day system operations, including user access and security, providing first‑line support, training, and clear process documentation to enhance system adoption. Implement robust data privacy measures and ensure all systems comply with internal security protocols and data protection regulations. Collaborate on system implementations and integrations, driving process enhancements to improve functionality, reporting capabilities, and overall efficiency.
