See a Different World.Grade: Site-Based As Contract Manager, you'll be the strategic and operational heartbeat of a high-profile site - leading a large, dynamic team across security and front-of-house services.This is a pivotal role where your leadership will directly shape service excellence, drive performance, and earn recognition from both Securitas and our valued client. With proven experience in security management and leading large site-based teams, you'll implement robust strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver outstanding results that truly make a difference. Job Description What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of operational site security and front-of-house services, ensuring a first-class experience. Lead a large team of security officers and front-of-house staff. Conduct and monitor staff appraisals, encouraging development and progression. Oversee staff training and development, with monthly progress reporting. Manage rotas effectively to ensure coverage. Implement policies, SOPs, Assignment Instructions, and emergency preparedness plans. Handle incident management and response promptly and professionally. Safeguard people, buildings, and information assets. Assist with long-term strategic planning for the security function. Oversee the operation of security systems. Work cross-functionally with Property and Facilities teams. Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis across the estate. Note: Although this gives a rough picture of what you will be doing in the role, it is not fully extensive of your responsibilities.
